Carolina is an ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) provider and Supervisor Candidate. She is a trauma psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and co-director in private practice. Carolina serves as President and Director for Alaska EFT.

Rooted in the values of her indigenous heritage and shaped by her upbringing, Carolina is committed to service through connection and harnessing the strength of community to empower others. She is a proponent for connected leadership, emphasizing authentic relationships that prioritize safety and inclusivity. With extensive experience in leadership, program development, and fostering connections within marginalized communities, she deeply understands the need for all voices to be heard and respected. Her passion lies in creating spaces where individuals feel comfortable being their true selves and make meaningful contributions.

EFT Tennessee Community Leader, Special Guest and Trainer for the EFT Cruise

Dr. Teri Murphy is an ICEEFT-certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) trainer, supervisor and therapist and former assistant professor at Trevecca Nazarene University where she taught graduate counseling. Her PhD is in Clinical Counseling, Education, and Supervision. Teri trains EFT for local centres and communities in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Montana, and Southern Nevada. Teri also trains Family Life Chaplains with the United States Army and supports the Army Strong Bonds program. Teri is the Director for EFT Tennessee, the ICEEFT Center in Tennessee, founded by her long-time mentor and retired Trainer, Kenny Sanderfer. Teri is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been in private practice in the Nashville area for over 10 years, where she sees individuals, couples, and families, as well as consults with therapists interested in becoming certified in EFT. Prior to her therapy training, Teri was an engineer in Space and Missile Systems with the United States Air Force. Presently, Teri writes and speaks on relationships, self-care, self-of-the-therapist, embodiment, and spiritual integration.

Owner/Founder of We Heart Therapy, Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur and Psychotherapist in private practice, specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy as an ICEEFT Certified EFT Supervisor & Therapist. She also serves her local EFT community with integrity creativity and authenticity as the President & Director of SNVEFT.   

She believes in leading with servant's heart, promoting each other along the way, doing things in your own way that works for you, and making time to dream. She also believes that success can be reached by anyone who's willing to work hard and that resources & tools should be accessible and reasonable to those that needs them.
